Luxury Outdoor Lighting, Designed With Purpose
We design and install and we do both at the highest level: year-round Landscape Lighting and full-service Christmas Lighting. Every project starts the same way — with your property, not a package.
Outdoor Lighting in Denver
Luxury Lighting Designed for Your Property
At Landmark Design Company, we design outdoor lighting for Denver homes around the property itself, creating a warm, balanced look that feels intentional after dark. Our clients get to know us, and we take the time to understand their homes, priorities, and taste. From our Greenwood Village office, we serve luxury homeowners and custom builders across the Denver metro area.
Instead of selling pre-packaged systems, we walk the grounds with you and build a plan around the home's architecture, landscaping, and outdoor living areas. We recommend what suits the setting, not the largest or most expensive system. The goal is lighting that adds depth without glare, hotspots, or over-lighting.
Our Services
Landscape Lighting
We bring architecture, trees, paths, and hardscapes together in one cohesive system, built with premium, commercial-grade LED fixtures and components.
Christmas Lighting
Tasteful displays built with garland, wreaths, tree wraps, and our own commercial-grade lights. One team handles design, installation, maintenance, removal, and storage. With Denver's early winter sunsets, a well-designed display gets plenty of use.
We also welcome commercial projects throughout the Denver area.
Our Denver Outdoor Lighting Process
Every project begins with a personal consultation and property walk-through. We discuss what you want to see and use after dark, then evaluate the site before developing the plan.
The overall process goes as follows:
- Review the property and your lighting goals.
- Develop recommendations around key architectural and landscape features.
- Install and adjust the selected lighting.
- Test the system and review the finished work with you.
Good lighting shouldn't compete with a property. It should bring out what makes the home distinct and make the outdoor spaces you use at night feel welcoming.
To explore a custom plan for your Denver home, call to schedule a design consultation.
