It all started with two brothers, Michael and Justin Coggins, and their lifelong friend, Chase Beasley. Today, Landmark Design Company is a family-owned company with nearly 20 years of experience, and that shared history still shapes how we work with one another and our clients.

We built our company around landscape lighting and Christmas lighting. Most of our work is on luxury homes, where we regularly work with homeowners and custom builders who expect close attention to detail, professionalism, and quality. We’re glad to take on commercial properties too. Our clients get to know us, and we get to know their homes.

Designed Around Your Property

We founded this company to create outdoor experiences that extend a home’s living space, enhance its architecture, and work with the surrounding landscape. We don’t sell pre-packaged systems. We’re design-driven, not sales-driven.

Projects begin with a personal consultation. We walk the property with you, learn what you’re looking for, and build a plan around your home. We consider the home’s architecture and materials, its landscaping and trees, and the outdoor spaces you use. We also account for hardscapes, pools, and the way the property looks from the street. We recommend what will actually work for the property, not the biggest or most expensive system, and work through the options until the plan makes sense.

We design architectural, path, up, and hardscape lighting as one complete system. Our style is warm, balanced, and restrained. We create depth while avoiding glare, hotspots, and over-lighting, so the system brings out the architecture, trees, and outdoor spaces instead of competing with the property.

The Standards Behind Every Installation

We use premium, commercial-grade LED fixtures and components to create efficient systems. We leave properties clean and fully working when we’re done. Our technicians arrive on time and install your selections professionally and efficiently.

Our Christmas lighting follows the same standard. The same team designs and installs each display, then handles maintenance, removal, and storage. We use our own commercial-grade lights for their durability, and everything is labeled and ready for the next season. Returning clients receive a discount.
