We design outdoor lighting around the character of each property, not a pre-packaged system. The three of us started Landmark Design Company after growing up together: two lifelong friends and one of their brothers. That history still shapes how we work. We walk the property with you, listen closely, and develop recommendations that make sense for your home. Our approach to outdoor lighting in Dallas has earned the trust of homeowners and custom builders who value close attention to detail.

Brighter and bigger aren’t automatically better. We recommend what fits the property rather than pushing the most expensive system, then we use premium components and leave the site clean and fully working. You’ll know who’s handling your project, and we’ll take the time to work through the plan with you.

Landscape lighting and Christmas lighting are the two sides of our work, and both follow the same design-led standard. For landscapes, we use warm, balanced light to reveal architecture, mature trees, and outdoor living areas without glare, harsh hotspots, or an over-lit appearance. Christmas displays use commercial-grade lights with garland, wreaths, and tree wraps for a refined presentation that feels at home with the property.
